On Saturday, Sept. 30, the Wyomissing Public Library will host a Forum for Candidates for the Berks County Board of Commissioners. The forum will begin at 11 a.m. at the library, at 9 Reading Blvd. The public is encouraged to attend. On Wednesday, Oct. 3, Albright College will also hold a Forum for Candidates for the Berks County Board of Commissioners, starting at 7 p.m. For more information, contact Dominic Polo Nanni at [email protected].
The League of Women Voters of Berks County will provide a moderator and timekeeper for each of these events. Candidates for the four-year term are Democrats Dante Santoni and Jess Royer, and Republican incumbents Christian Leinbach, the current chairman of the board, and Michael Rivera.
