Employment and Volunteer Opportunities at Virtual Learning Sites in Reading

Employment and volunteer opportunities are now available at virtual learning locations within Reading. Many families need support to help their young students stay engaged during their virtual school day. These locations offer a safe space with caring adults to provide supervision and assistance with virtual learning requirements. Various opportunities are available for those interested in working with school age children. Wages for these opportunities range from $9.00-$11.00 based on experience and site location. Below you will find a listing of current locations that will be opening soon.

Employment for Ages 18-24

For individuals ages 18-24, there are employment opportunities available through the Young Adult Program at CareerLink©. The Young Adult  Program determines your eligibility for the program and then places you at one of the available virtual learning sites. Employment for Ages 18 and up

Positions may also be available directly through the Olivet Boys and Girls Club and the Reading YMCA. These positions may require additional  education and work experience. Please reach out to the respective organization contact for information on these positions.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer and internship opportunities are available as well. Please reach out to the organization contact directly to learn what is available at their location.
