Greater Reading Chamber Alliance Welcomes New Director of Lending & Business Outreach

The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) is pleased to announce its recent hire of Kayla Hayick as its new Director of Lending & Business Outreach. Within this role, Hayick will be responsible for oversight of the loan programs offered through the GRCA affiliate, Greater Berks Development Fund. In addition, she will lead the Engage! Business Calling Program efforts, conducted in partnership with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Community & Economic Development Department.

I am looking forward to the opportunity to help Berks County businesses grow and succeed,” Hayick said.

Most recently, Hayick served as a Loan Officer Assistant at Mortgage America, Inc., Wyomissing, where she pre-qualified loan candidates and assisted them in the home-buying process. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts & Sciences.

“We are excited that Kayla has joined the GRCA team. Her lending experience will be a major asset to our Greater Reading businesses looking for funding to locate here or expand their operations,” said Debra Millman, President of Greater Berks Development Fund.
