Program Setup and Information

Program Setup & Info Form: Program producers, please complete this form one week in advance of your program to help us prepare your studio set and any other items you may need for your program.  A program topic and description will help us promote and curate your content correctly, too. (If you use the online scheduling portal, a link to this form will be sent to you automatically with your confirmation email)

If you would like to upload your program file (you produced your entire program and it is ready to air), or you would like to provide supplemental files (images, videos, etc) for your upcoming program, please CLICK HERE to put the files in our Dropbox.

Propose a Program – Community media is created by you!

If you, your organization, community group, or company are interested in using your Berks County community media resource to expand and enhance your message and tell your story, we want to meet you!  Programs appear on BCTV, stream online at bctv.org, and are uploaded to our YouTube channel for easy viewing and sharing.

The links below allow you to submit program proposals.  Programs should be produced and/or hosted by Berks County citizens and/or germane to Berks County communities. Programs may not include any political campaigning, commercial advertising, obscene content, or religious proselytizing.

If you are interested in creating a regularly scheduled (monthly or quarterly) program, please click ‘Propose a Regularly Scheduled Program’. If you are interested in creating a one-time special, please click ‘Propose a One Time/Special Program.’

These forms are submitted to our Programming Director and reviewed internally by a volunteer committee. Once your request has been reviewed you will be contacted with any further questions, and to schedule the necessary dates and times for production.
